Rubber Compatibility

Welcome to our Rubber Compatibility tool. Choose the fluid that you wish to use and we will help you determine which rubber compound (elastomer) is appropriate for your application. Please note, our recommendation is a guideline only. Check with your engineering department, a qualified fluid power applications technician or the fluid supplier to determine whether the recommended rubber compound meets your requirements and specifications.

It is the end user’s responsibility to determine the best elastomer compatibility for the application. The information provided in this tool should be used as a general guideline only. We strongly suggest that the elastomer selected be rigorously tested in the actual application prior to production use.
